Permanencia de la mercancía en el depósito aduanero. Las mercancías podrán permanecer en un depósito aduanero por un término máximo de un (1) año, contado a partir de la llegada de la misma al Territorio Aduanero Nacional, prorrogable por la autoridad aduanera hasta por un término igual, salvo para los depósitos aeronáuticos y para los depósitos culturales y artísticos, en cuyo caso no existe término de permanencia.
