Art. 56. Interpuesta y concedida la apelación con arreglo á los artículos 45 y 47, el empleado que hizo la notificación del auto en que se deduce alcance líquido al responsable, ó el encargado de hacer el cobro ejecutivo, remitirá al Presidente de la Oficina general de Cuentas el expediente creado para que dé curso á la apelación, verificando el envío por el primer correo nacional que salga del lugar donde se hizo la notificación, para la capital de la República.
