Ruptura De La Unidad Procesal

Ley 836 de 2003 · por la cual se expide el reglamento del Régimen Disciplinario para las Fuerzas Militares.

Procede en los siguientes casos:

Cuando se investigue a personal militar y civil.

Cuando alguno de los presuntos infractores sea investigado por faltas gravísimas o graves y otro, u otros, por faltas leves.

Cuando se decrete la nulidad parcial de la actuación que obligue a reponer el trámite en relación a uno de los inculpados.

Cuando después de la formulación de cargos sobrevengan pruebas que determinen la posible existencia de otro tipo de falta, o la vinculación de otro presunto infractor.
