° Los contratos a que se refiere el artículo anterior, se celebrarán y perfeccionarán conforme a lo previsto en el artículo 259 del Decreto extraordinario 222 de 1983. Al mismo procedimiento se someterán los contratos que tengan por objeto asegurar, transportar, mantener o reparar el citado material de guerra.
