Régimen de los Empleados. - En los estatutos internos de la empresa se determinarán los cargos que serán desempeñados por empleados públicos; en todo caso quienes desempeñen las funciones de Presidente, Vicepresidente, Secretario General, Director de Oficina, Director del Instituto Tecnológico de Capacitación, ITEC, Gerente de Servicios, Gerente Regional, Asistente y Jefe de la División tendrán la calidad de empleados públicos. Los demás funcionarios vinculados a la planta de personal a la fecha de reestructuración de la Empresa pasarán a ser automáticamente trabajadores oficiales.
