Artículo cuarto . El Cajero-Pagador y el Almacenista General, cuyos cargos se suprimen, tendrán un plazo de veinte (20) días, contados a partir de la vigencia del presente Decreto, para hacer la entrega de la caja y elementos puestos bajo su cuidado, término durante el cual tendrán derecho a devengar el sueldo de que han venido disfrutando; vencido el plazo señalado, los mencionados funcionarios no tendrán derecho a remuneración de ninguna clase, sin perjuicio de la obligación de efectuar la entrega correspondiente.
