En el caso de que la enseñanza de la religión y la moral, á pesar de las órdenes y prevenciones del Gobierno, no sea conforme a la doctrina católica, el respectivo ordínario diocesano podrá retirar á los Profesores ó Maestros la facultad de enseñar tales materías.
