º REGISTRO SANITARIO ESPECIAL . La importación y venta de bebidas alcohólicas, de cosméticos y de alimentos en los Puertos Libres de que trata el artículo primero, requiere la obtención previa de un Registro Sanitario Especial que será otorgado por el Servicio Seccional de Salud del territorio respectivo. El registro sanitario especial se concederá para importar y vender exclusivamente en dichos puertos libres y tendrá una validez de tres (3) años contados a partir de su expedición.
