Artículo segundo . Promuévese al señor Hernando Pérez Barona del cargo de Ingeniero residente de la Interventoría 4e la Carretera Popayán- Cali, al cargo de Ingeniero Interventor de la Interventoría de las obras contratadas con el Departamento del Cauca, para .la construcción del sector Gabriel López-Inzá, de la vía Popayán-Inzá, creado por el artículo anterior.

Parágrafo

El doctor Pérez Barona, antes de posesionarse, deberá constituir a favor de la Nación la fianza que le señale la Contraloría General de la República.
