Art. 24. Para el transporte de licores destilados de un Distrito á otro, se requiere que los conductores vayan provistos de guías, que expedirán los Recaudadores de Hacienda, sin causar derecho alguno, siempre que aquéllos procedan de establecimientos que hayan pagado el respectivo impuesto.
