º. Los caminos públicos son bienes de uso común inajenables é imprescriptibles. Toda porción de un camino público que haya sido usurpada se restituirá luego que sea reconocida, quedando á favor del público los edificios ú obras de cualquiera clase que sobre ellos se hubieren construido.
