Esta Ley regirá desde el momento en que, a virtud del levantamiento del estado de sitio, cese la vigencia del Decreto extraordinario número 643 de 1934. El Presidente de la República queda revestido de facultades extraordinarias para hacer efectivos los tributos de que trata esta Ley en la fecha prevista en el presente artículo. Estas facultades regirán hasta el 20 de julio de 1937.
