Monitoreo y revisión. El Plan Especial de Salvaguardia será revisado por la autoridad competente cada cinco (5) años o cuando se estime necesario. Las modificaciones derivadas constarán en resolución motivada, de acuerdo con el artículo 13 de este decreto.
