Corresponde al Gobierno Intendencial o Comisarial, elaborar anualmente el proyecto de presupuesto de renta e ingresos y de apropiaciones para gastos de la respectiva intendencia o comisaría, en concordancia con los planes y programas establecidos por el Gobierno Nacional.
