Se prohíbe el porte de armas en toda manifestación pública. Las autoridades de Policía deberán tomar todas las medidas preventivas necesarias para asegurar el cumplimiento de esta disposición. Sin perjuicio de las sanciones penales a que haya lugar, los contraventores, además del decomiso del arma, serán sancionados con arresto inconmutable de cuarenta y ocho (48) horas.

Parágrafo

Contra las sanciones policivas de que trata este artículo y los artículos 12 y 13 del presente Decreto, no es procedente el recurso de apelación.
