A todo funcionario o empleado judicial deberá llevársele en la Escuela Judicial un registro individual debidamente actualizado. Todas las autoridades judiciales están obligadas a proveer los documentos que con ese objeto, se les soliciten, dentro de los plazos y condiciones que se estipulen. La demora o incumplimiento injustificados dará lugar a la aplicación de sanciones de carácter disciplinario.
