Cierre del debate. Cualquier miembro de la respectiva Corporación podrá proponer el cierre del debate suficiente ilustración, transcurridas tres (3) horas desde su iniciación, aun cuando hubiere oradores inscritos. El Presidente, previa consulta con los miembros de la Mesa Directiva, aceptará o negará la proposición. Su decisión podrá ser apelada.

Las intervenciones sobre suspensión o cierre de un debate no podrán exceder de cinco (5) minutos.
