Revisión de la reglamentación de vertimientos . Cualquier reglamentación de vertimientos podrá ser revisada por la autoridad ambiental competente, a petición de parte interesada o de oficio, cuando hayan cambiado las condiciones o circunstancias que se tuvieron en cuenta para efectuarla. Cuando quiera que la revisión de la reglamentación implique la modificación de la misma, se deberá dar aplicación al procedimiento previsto en el presente capítulo.
