La providencia que ordena el envío de las diligencias al Tribunal se notificará personalmente dentro de los diez días siguientes. Si esto no fuere posible, la notificación se surtirá por medio de edicto que se fijará en la Secretaría del Ministerio por diez días, y se publicará por una sola vez en el Diario oficial . Se entiende surtida la notificación diez días después de hecha la publicación.
