Serán Oficiales de Reserva:

Los Oficiales procedentes de la Armada Nacional que hayan hecho un buen retiro.

Los que el Gobierno llame desde el grado de Guardiamarina, mediante los requisitos que en adelante se establecen, pero que pueden ser retirados en el momento que el Gobierno lo estime conveniente.
