º DE QUIENES OTORGAN LA AUTORIZACION. La autorización a menores para suscribir contrato de trabajo, se otorgará por los Profesionales Universitarios de la División de Control y Vigilancia de la Dirección General del Menor Trabajador, o por los Inspectores de Trabajo de las Divisiones Departamentales de Trabajo y Seguridad Social, y en su defecto por la primera autoridad política del lugar donde el menor prestará el servicio previo consentimiento de sus representantes legales. En ausencia de representantes legales, los citados funcionarios autorizarán directamente al menor para celebrar contrato de trabajo.
