Solamente otorgan derecho a la devolución del impuesto sobre las ventas los bienes relacionados a continuación, adquiridos por turistas extranjeros, previo el cumplimiento de los requisitos establecidos en el presente decreto: - Confecciones - Calzado - Perfumes - Marroquinería - Discos compactos - Artesanías - Alimentos de consumo humano - Juguetería - Esmeraldas - Joyería en general - Electrodomésticos - Lencería para el hogar".
