Anticipo de cesantía. El anticipo de cesantía consagrado en el artículo 136 del Decreto 1212 de 1990, sólo se liquidará y cancelará al Oficial o Suboficial cuando el Director General de la Policía lo autorice con base en las correspondientes disponibilidades presupuestales. La solicitud podrá ser formulada directamente por conducto de la Caja de Vivienda Militar o por la entidad que financie la vivienda.
