Artículo único. Desde el 1.° de Julio próximo en adelante, los médicos de los Batallones ó guarniciones fuera del Distrito Capital y los Habilitados del Ejercito, excepción hecha del del Estado Mayor general, gozarán de un aneldo mensual de setenta pesos oro, ó sea él equivalente á un Sargento Mayor.

Parágrafo

Quedan derogados los Decretos, Resoluciones ó disposiciones contrarios al presente al presente. Comuníquese y publíquese.
