LA CONVERSIÓN DE TÍTULOS DE DEUDA PÚBLICA, A TÍTULOS CANJEABLES POR CERTIFICADOS DE CAMBIO. La conversión de títulos de deuda pública externa, autorizados por la Ley 55 de 1985, a títulos canjeables por certificados de cambio, no constituye para quien la realice, renta ni patrimonio en el año en el cual se haya ejecutado, ni dará lugar a determinar: la renta por el sistema de comparación de patrimonios.
