º . Suprímese en el Departamento Administrativo de la Presidencia de la República la Consejería Presidencial de Fronteras de que trata el artículo 40 de la Ley 191 de 1995.

Parágrafo

A partir de la vigencia del presente Decreto, las funciones que ha venido realizando la Consejería Presidencial para las Fronteras, en desarrollo de la Ley 191 de 1995 serán asumidas por el Ministerio de Relaciones Exteriores.
