Article 34

Para La Entrega De Los Certificados De Desarrollo Turístico A Los Inversionistas, Los Beneficiarios Deberán Comprobar La Terminación De Las Obras Ante La Corporación Nacional De Turismo De Colombia

Para la entrega de los certificados de desarrollo turístico a los inversionistas, los beneficiarios deberán comprobar la terminación de las obras ante la Corporación Nacional de Turismo de Colombia. A tal efecto, esta entidad realizará una inspección ocular y, si lo estima necesario, una revisión contable. Los beneficiarios deberán presentar a la Corporación Nacional de Turismo de Colombia los siguientes documentos

Certificado de la autoridad respectiva, si la hubiere, sobre entrega de tales obras, y

Detalle del costo de la inversión realizada.
