Artículo segundo. El Consejo Administrativo de los Ferrocarriles Nacionales entregará al Ministerio de Obras Públicas todos los inmuebles ocupados por el Ferrocarril de Cartagena que queden dentro del Municipio de Calamar, a partir del kilómetro 104, tales como el edificio de la Estación, el de Bodegas, etc., y la balastera de "Albornoz" del Ferrocarril Troncal de Occidente, mediante actas de entrega que serán firmadas por comisionados del Ministerio y del Consejo, y de la Auditoría General de los Ferrocarriles.
