Cuando se produzca una vacante, la respectiva autoridad nominadora solicitará la lista de elegibles al Consejo Superior de la Escuela Judicial, la cual le deberá ser remitida al presidente de la corporación, quien la someterá a consideración de la entidad en pleno.
