Art. 19. Declárase en vigor en el Departamento de Panamá el sistema tributario del extinguido Estado, con las adiciones y las reformas que hasta el presente se le han hecho por decretos gubernativos posteriores á la caducidad de la Constitución de 1863.

Parágrafo

Sesenta días después de la publicación de esta ley en Panamá, el Gobernador de aquel Departamento enviará al gobierno de la República una compilación de las disposiciones fiscales, para sujetarlas á la aprobación superior.
