Autorizase asimismo al Gobierno para ajustar con la Administración de Socorro y Rehabilitación de las Naciones Unidas, los acuerdos que sean necesarios para el establecimiento en Colombia de una Comisión Mixta de Abastecimientos que tendrá a su cargo la inversión y control del aporte colombiano.
