De las sanciones. El Distrito Especial de Bogotá, los municipios y la Intendencia de San Andrés y Providencia, impondrán a las organizaciones populares de vivienda las sanciones establecidas en el numeral 9º del artículo 2º del Decreto-ley 78 de 1987 para los casos allí contemplados.
