- FINALIDAD DE LAS DISPOSICIONES. Las disposiciones contenidas en el numeral 2. e inciso final del numeral 3. del artículo 234., artículo 235, y numerales 1., 3. y 4 del artículo 236 del presente Estatuto tienen por finalidad procurar la viabilidad financiera y operativa de la Caja de Crédito Agrario, Industrial y Minero, como entidad de apoyo al sector agropecuario y al desarrollo económico del país.
