° Cada tres meses publicará la Oficina central un Boletín de Estadística con los datos recibidos de los Ministerios de Estado y de las Oficinas nacionales de los Departamentos. Estos boletines se reunirán en volúmenes anuales con las adiciones ó complementos á que haya lugar, y formaran un Anuario Estadístico, que servirá de apéndice al informe que debe presentar al Congreso el Ministro de Fomento.
