De acuerdo con las normas sobre la materia, los bienes de capital y repuestos importados en aplicación del artículo 174 del Decreto-ley 444 de 1967, estarán exentos de depósito previo, licencia de importación y de los impuestos establecidos en el artículo 1º de la Ley 68 de 1983 y 6º del Decreto 2366 de 1974, y en las normas que adicionen o modifiquen las disposiciones anteriores.
