Para los efectos de la organización del Tribunal de lo Contencioso Administrativo, y de los demás funcionarios y entidades que deben actuar en el territorio de Risaralda, el nuevo Departamento empezará a funcionar dos meses después de la sanción de esta Ley, día en que se hará la inauguración oficial.
