º. Los dividendos que en cada ejercicio fiscal le hayan correspondido o correspondan a la Caja Nacional de Previsión Social, por razón de las acciones que posea en La Previsora S. A., Compañía de Seguros y los que le correspondan de acuerdo a la distribución de utilidades conforme lo establece el artículo 2º de la Ley 57 de 1964, tendrán como destinación específica la ejecución de programas y obras sociales que tengan relación directa con el bienestar de los Pensionados de la Caja Nacional de Previsión Social.
