Los contingentes establecidos en los artículos 1° al 9° de este decreto tendrán una vigencia de 2 años, contados a partir de la fecha de publicación del presente decreto en el Diario Oficial . Estos contingentes serán administrados por la Dirección de Impuestos y Aduanas Nacionales (DIAN), mediante el sistema de "primer llegado primer servido".
