Articulo 1° Establécese una guardia militar en la flotilla postal del río Magdalena, que se tomará de los Regimientos de Infantería de la 2ª División del Ejército, en la forma que determine el Ministerio de Guerra. Cada barco correo llevará a bordo una guarnición compuesta de un Oficial, dos Suboficiales y ocho soldados, que permanecerán en comisión durante el tiempo que el Gobierno lo estime conveniente,
