Dentro de los dos meses siguientes a la vigencia de este Decreto, el Comité Técnico Asesor presentará al Consejo Nacional de Estupefacientes un estudio sobre la intensidad y el horario en que se estime puede transmitirse la propaganda de bebidas alcohólicas, cigarrillos y tabaco; dentro del mes siguiente, el Consejo Nacional lo analizará y decidirá sobre su adopción o introducirá las modificaciones que estime del caso. De inmediato, librará las comunicaciones previstas en el artículo 19 de la Ley 30 de 1986. CAPITULO VI. DE OTRAS DISPOSICIONES.
