º Funcionamiento. La Comisión Consultiva de Alto Nivel establecerá en un reglamento interno aprobado por las autoridades del Gobierno Nacional y los representantes de las comunidades sus reglas de funcionamiento, y determinará en el mismo las condiciones y épocas para sesionar y la manera de realizar las convocatorias.
