Art. 40. Un año ántes de la espiracion del privilejio, los empresarios están obligados a hacer, con citacion de los Ajentes del Gobierno a quienes se comisione al efecto, el avaluo de las obras que al ter minar dicho privilejio se ceden a la República; i de estos avalúos i de los estados descriptivos de las obras en el tiempo en que se hagan los mismos avalúos, se depositará un duplicado en la Oficina que disponga Poder Ejecutivo, para que se tengan presentes al tiempo de entregar al Gobierno el canali sus dependencias.
