Son funciones de la División de Fondos Ganaderos: a). Absolver las consultas elevadas por los Fondos Ganaderos y tramitar las quejas que los particulares formulen con relación a ellos; b). Tramitar la aprobación de reformas de estatutos y, reglamentos de emisión y colocación de acciones; c). Elaborar los proyectos de resoluciones de sanción por infracción a las normas legales que rigen su actividad; d) Tramitar los recursos interpuestos contra las resoluciones elaboradas por la División; y e).
