Artículo 19. Derogado.

LEGISLACIÓN ANTERIOR

Artículo 19. El Gobierno concede exención de impuestos de consumo para la gasolina de los automóviles pertenecientes a los Diplomáticos extranjeros, siempre que las solicitudes para esta exención se hagan en formularios especiales, que sean firmados por el Jefe de Misión, y que declaren la reciprocidad que en el país respectivo se concede al Diplomático de Colombia.
