Prácticas ilegales . Cuando el Ministerio de Comunicaciones establezca la existencia de Empresas de Transporte Terrestre o Aéreo que presten servicios postales sin el correspondiente contrato o licencia, procederá a demandar del Ministerio de Transporte o al Departamento Administrativo de Aeronáutica Civil, respectivamente, la aplicación de las sanciones que correspondan de conformidad con las disposiciones legales vigentes.
