Contrato accesorio a la constitución de patrimonio de familia inembargable . Para efectos de lo dispuesto en el artículo 228, inciso 2º, de la Ley 223 de 1995, se considera como contrato accesorio, la constitución de patrimonio de familia inembargable, cuando dicha constitución es impuesta por la ley como consecuencia de la realización de un acto traslaticio de dominio que se celebra en el mismo documento.
