Artículo primero. Establécese la exención de derechos de Aduana e impuesto de giros para la importación de repuestos para volquetas, hasta por la suma de US$76.165.00 y según pedido al Exterior número 7, con destino a las volquetas que prestan servicio en las distintas Zonas de las Carreteras Nacionales, y conservación de las mismas.
