Art. 179. Los autos de glosas dictados por la Sección se notificarán por conducto de la primera autoridad política del Departamento en el lugar en donde resida el funcionario responsable á quien deba notificarse, ó por conducto de cualquier empleado de Hacienda nacional; pero en todo caso se entenderá notificado sesenta días después de publicado en el periódico oficial. En la capital de la República pueden notificarse los autos por el Secretario de la Sección.
