Podrán igualmente ejercerla, de acuerdo con lo preceptuado en el artículo 2none de la precitada Ley, todas las personas que así lo quieran, pero solamente en los juicios que se ventilen en los Juzgados Municipales que no sean cabecera de Circuito Judicial y en los asuntos de que conozcan las autoridades de Policía.
