Articulación y principios rectores. Autorizase al Gobierno nacional a través del Ministerio de las Culturas, las Artes y los Saberes y /o quien haga sus veces, para articularse con la Alcaldía del municipio de Pasto, y se desarrollen las acciones, estrategias y políticas que contribuyan al fomento, promoción, financiación, difusión, conservación y desarrollo del Festival “Galeras Rock” por realizarse anualmente en el municipio de Pasto. Para ello, se deberá tener en cuenta los siguientes objetivos rectores:

Ley 2574 de 2026 · por medio de la cual se reconoce a “Galeras Rock” como uno de los festivales de música alternativa más importante del suroccidente colombiano, se fortalece su promoción y realización anual en el municipio de Pasto y se dictan otras disposiciones.
